- Our platform currently only supports logging in with the method used during sign-up. If you signed up using Google or Apple, you must continue to use your Google or Apple account to log in.

- Cancel Subscription, Delete Account, and Create a New Account (Data Loss): If you wish to use a different email address for your account, you can cancel your current subscription, delete your account, and create a new one with the desired email address. Please note that this will result in the loss of all your existing data and materials.
- If you cancel a yearly subscription or a recently charged monthly subscription that you have barely used, you may be eligible for a refund for the unused portion of the service.
